If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the jewellery that you have purchased, you may return the unworn goods to us in perfect condition, with all the tags and labels intact, within 14 days of the invoice. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. However, for reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable. Before returning anything, please notify us of your intention to return the goods with 48 hours of receiving the items. We can not accept responsibility for parcels being returned to us that are lost in transit and strongly advise that returns are sent special delivery.

In either case, please enclose a covering note with details of your reason for return, and what you would like us to do about it. Please also include your order number and details of your original method of payment.
